Benefits Overview

Reclaim Private Schools is dedicated to investing in the health of our employees and their families; in the 2025 calendar year, RPS increased our district medical contribution to $450.00! RPS offers employees and their families a health plan through Blue Cross Blue Shield with multiple coverage options. The medical Insurance coverage year for our district is January 1 - December 31.

We also offer a comprehensive package of supplemental benefits. Our district's supplemental coverage year is September 1 - August 31. Supplement benefits include, but are not limited to:
